Who we are
Black Lux Limo is operated by FG Twelve LLC, 1221 Brickell Avenue, Suite 900, Miami, FL 33131. This policy describes what personal information we collect through blackluxlimo.com and our reservation channels, and how it is used.
What we collect
To provide chauffeured transportation we collect the information a booking requires: name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, travel dates and times, flight or tail numbers where relevant, and payment details. Payment card data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our systems. We collect basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) to keep the site functioning; we do not run advertising trackers.
How it is used
Booking information is used to perform the service: dispatching vehicles, tracking flights, coordinating gate and FBO access, and invoicing. Contact details are used to confirm reservations and communicate about journeys. We do not sell personal information. We do not share client itineraries, addresses, or travel patterns with anyone outside the operation of the service, except where the law compels it.
Sharing
Limited data is shared with the parties needed to complete a journey: the assigned chauffeur receives the pickup details; gated communities and FBOs receive vehicle and passenger details required for access; Stripe processes payments. Each receives only what its role requires.
Retention and security
Booking records are retained as required for accounting and legal purposes, then deleted. Access to client data is limited to staff who dispatch and account for journeys. Confidentiality obligations bind every chauffeur and employee.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Write to bookings@blackluxlimo.comand we will respond promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revision date above changes with it. Material changes will be noted plainly on this page.
