The house

Quiet, by profession

Black Lux Limo exists for a narrow clientele: people whose addresses are gated, whose flights are private, and whose time is not negotiable.

Most car services are built for volume. This one was built for a corridor: the fifty-odd miles between the Fisher Island ferry and the estate section of Palm Beach, where the clients are few, the standards are absolute, and a single mishandled arrival ends the relationship. We shaped every procedure around that reality.

Black Lux Limo operates within FG Twelve LLC, the Brickell-based transport group behind the TwelveTransfers network. The group supplies what a boutique marque cannot build alone: a maintained six-class fleet, licensed and insured chauffeurs, flight-tracking operations, and a booking platform that quotes an exact figure before a card is touched. The marque supplies what a network cannot: senior drivers, gate protocols, ferry timing, and silence.

Our work is deliberately unglamorous. We learn which tower entrance loads fastest at five o'clock. We stand at FBO doors twenty minutes early. We keep the same chauffeur on the same account so a guardhouse recognizes a face. The glamour belongs to the client. The precision belongs to us.

If that division of labor suits you, the number below is answered at any hour.

Four principles

01

Discretion is structural

Not a promise on a website. A condition of employment. Chauffeurs do not discuss passengers, addresses or schedules, and confidentiality undertakings are signed when an account requires them.

02

Preparation beats improvisation

Guard gates get plates in advance. Ferries get manifests. FBOs get tail numbers. The last minute is for other services.

03

Restraint is the luxury

No branded chatter, no upselling in the cabin, no theatrical service. A quiet car, precisely on time, is the entire performance.

04

One figure, honored

The price quoted is the price charged. In a market built on meters and surge, this alone explains most of our referrals.
